htaccesseditor.com is an online editor for .htaccess files specifically. It’s a fairly easy way to set up custom pages for each of the HTTP errors, set up redirects for specific destinations, default pages for Web servers, and a few other things. What it doesn’t have is preventing image hotlinking via mod_rewrite, or setting up .htaccess for a virtual host.

Unhandled Perception blog has a good list of 15 MySQL tools. Most of them are Windows tools that allow quicker access to database schemas and tables.

Over at dot-com monitor they have a neat tool that allows a Webmaster to check their ping from 11 locations throughout the world. GET parameters, POST parameters and custom headers are supported, as well as HTTPS sites and passworded logins. They also have a stress testing tool, but that one they sell.
