I also made speech and handwriting unavailable, but still the CiceroUIWndFrame won't shut down. Since I had these features available and the computer worked fine for YEARS, I can't see how this could have just suddenly started throwing errors. Why not as soon as I installed Office?

I tried the fix and it worked for a while, now the ciceroUIWndFrame shows up again. I went back to Control Panel to be sure everything was as it should be and it was. Now I am really stumped. There must be something else wrong.

I cannot go to this step "browse to the Office Shared Features - Alternative User Input - and select both Speech and Handwriting “Not available” from the drop-down box. " when I click on "Change" button it are asking me to select "Add / Remove Feature", "Reinstall / Repair" and "Uninstall" so which one should I need to select in order to browse to the Office Shared Features? Im using "Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003".

I uninstalled all Office, Student, and Works programs, and it still continues to be a problem.
