We are currently setting up and LLC for the main company, then setting up two separate LLC’s under it. They will house ownership on each 50% of the sides. I didn’t know you could do that…
so it would be like saying
Bike LLC
1 shareholder of the 50% side
1 shareholder of the 50% side

Is this feasible?
