Vidiac – create your own YouTube

Vidiac looks like an interesting new service that offers private-label video sharing sites. Basically, YouTube in a box, mapped to video.yourdomain.com and hosted on their servers, paid for by video ads or ad-free paid accounts. I remember Jason Calacanis challenging someone out there to build a YouTube clone. Looks like these guys took him up on the offer. Digging through the forums for existing users, I found this site, anime videos heavily supplemented with Google and Yahoo! context ads (can you even mix both on the same page?)
